Keep in mind, however, that most people end up moving more than once in their lifetimes, so it’s a good idea to treat your agent well. That way, they can help you place your home on the market and sell it quickly when and if the time comes.
Why buy luxury homes?
Buying a luxury home takes a unique sort of buyer. This is largely because most people don’t have the money to buy luxury homes and some of those, who do have the money, think it’s better spent on the average home. Luxury homes are for those who desire their home to stand apart from the crowd and make an impression on everyone who enters. Generally, almost all aspects of luxury homes have been refined to an exceptional quality.
